This hotend heating assembly is a compatible replacement for the Bambu Lab A1 and A1 mini. It forms the fixed heating and sensing section around the printer's replaceable quick-swap hotend and contains the heater, thermistor and clamping mechanism.

When should it be replaced?

The assembly is relevant when heater/thermistor wiring is damaged, temperature readings are unstable, heating errors occur or the hotend clamp is mechanically damaged. Disconnect power and allow the hotend to cool completely before service.
