Idler 1.5GT 27T (Bore/ID 5mm) – with teeth

This toothed 27T 1.5GT Idler guides the toothed side of the belt and helps maintain stable engagement in precision motion systems. It is intended for Gates LL-1.5GT belts and other belts with the same 1.5mm tooth profile.

As with 3DO's other Gates-spec idler variants, the part is produced using original Gates moulds/tooling and manufactured to Gates requirements and specifications.

Variants

• 7mm – for 6mm belt: 7mm tooth width and approximately 10mm overall height.
• 11mm – for 9/10mm belt: 11mm tooth width and approximately 14mm overall height.

Compatibility

Use a toothed idler against the toothed side of the belt. Verify tooth profile, belt width, shaft diameter and installation height before ordering. 1.5GT and 2GT/GT2 cannot be mixed in the same belt drive.
