LDO Smart Orbiter v3.5 All-in-One Extruder

Smart Orbiter v3.5 develops LDO's compact v3.0 platform with quieter cooling, more reliable filament detection and tighter control of the filament path. The redesigned front heatsink reduces air turbulence and the characteristic high-pitched fan noise by approximately 10dB.

Hotend and Revo compatibility

The kit includes an LDO hotend, 72W ceramic heater and 0.4mm Twist Flow Nozzle. A Revo adapter is also included, allowing the extruder to be converted for the E3D Revo ecosystem. The E3D Revo HeaterCore and Revo nozzle are not included. A Revo installation is approximately 4mm longer than the LDO hotend and requires the correct mount and Z offset.

Firmware configuration largely follows Smart Orbiter v3.0. Klipper users must change the RGB definition's chain_count to 2.
